Located at 4113 Main St, Rowlett, TX 75088, The Village Coffee by Altara operates as a coffee shop serving Rowlett in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7:30 amβ5 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Rowlett is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rowlett follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It was my first time there so decided to give it a try this morning. The coffee shop was beautiful and also their music choice was good as well πOrdered an Ice Americano with honey and splash of milk and an Ice Vanilla Latte. They were both delicious!! My partner and I are both coffee connoisseur and love the story behind this coffee shop. Itβs great to support small business within the community. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Was considering a detour from my drive to the grocery store, and Iβm so glad that I did! It is such a wonderful addition to downtown Rowlett. Jordan was so welcoming and kind. The Spanish Latte is delicious - the perfect amount of sweetness! Canβt wait to come back and try their matcha.

This coffee shop is attached to Freedom Place Church. Simple shop with 2 separate sitting rooms. I went on a Saturday afternoon and no one else was there. The people working were kind. The signature latte with pandan was definitely unique. I tried it with banana espresso which made my total $8.34. I can't make this a regular place with these prices.
